This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it ideal for exploring the CBD area. The rooms are well-appointed with all the necessary fittings and fixtures, including a washing machine and lovely fluffy towels. The staff are easily contactable and ready to assist if needed. Additionally, the value for money is excellent, especially with the added bonus of free parking during Christmas.
The only minor issue was the low shower head.

Location
The pictures that are on the website did not reflect what the actual room looked like. Although listed as child friendly, it was not child proof eg glass table, oven at a height where can easily be turned on by children.

This hotel really impressed us with its value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the central location within the CBD area. The attention to detail was also noteworthy, with the rooms being clean and tidy. We also appreciated the basic amenities provided, including a separate dining area and all the facilities we needed. our stay was very comfortable and convenient.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the check-in process, which could be slightly improved.

Great value for money, right in the heart of the city. Enjoyed an excellent dinner at bar and grill close by. Steaks were superb!

This apartment was fantastic! The lounge and kitchen were extremely spacious. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were a decent size. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, the CBD, and the waterfront. The hotel facilities were great, with two swipe cards and plenty of towels provided. We never had to wait for the lift, which was a plus. The hotel also had real windows that opened up for fresh air. a great location handy to the shops and key attractions in the center of the city.
Almost perfect.

The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the city on foot. I stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment that was impressively clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The lounge area was large and comfortable, and the white towels provided were fluffy and new. Despite the lack of view due to surrounding buildings, it was a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

i loved the location, it was right in the city centre, 10 mins walk to te papa and house of parliment. shops across the road, great resturants within walking distance... excellent location. the apartment was fine small but adaquate for us.
the nonly down side was there was four of us staying in the apartment and the lounge suite olny seated three people so one had to sit on the floor. would have been nice to have two two seaters.

Liked the fact that the heaters had been left on so I arrived to a warm room
Brandon guide was out of date and teh washing machine didn't work. Because there is no reception it's difficult to get attention to these things

I had a great experience staying at these centrally located apartments. The amenities offered were spot-on, with included laundry facilities and cooking necessities. The location couldn't be better, with popular attractions within walking distance and a selection of restaurants nearby. the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries we had.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. the parking situation could be difficult if you have a car.

The only thing i like was the bed was comfortable
When we arrived we were put to the back of the appartments it was old and grotty and made us feel instantly depressed, we had booked a room with a balcony as advertised, i rang the company and they said to me the fire escape was the balcony, it looked into an alley, when we opened the curtains in the lounge we were viewing into another building lounge. I complained and we were moved, this room was situated at the front of the building, slightly better, The room was extremely small in the lounge, we had booked for 4 adults, but there was ony 3 chairs. I will never again stay in this accomodation or any related to this, the photos on the web do not truely show how the actual facility, I will be recommending all my family and friends also hospital associates never to book at on of these, it will also be going on my face page. This was my 50th birthday will family and friends and i was extremely disappointed. we also left a pair of boots in the first appartment, it took 3 days to get a hold of the hotel owners and retrieve them, people save hard for what was meant to be an enjoyable experience, we felt we had to go out more than we had wished as the place was so depressing. Booking arrangements were very easy to make. The good location served our work purposes well, as were able to walk everywhere we needed/wanted to, including shopping/socially in the evenings. As we were on the 6th floor having elevator access was essential. As we had booked a self catering apartment there were no staff involved on site, but telephone advice was readily available.
We were a couple in a two bedroom apartment, which worked well for us, but with only three dining chairs and lounge seating for three it could have been difficult with four people.
